As an affiliate sponsor of the Austin Chapter of NARPM® you’ll gain access to a local network of property managers and real estate agents that strive to operate at a higher level. In addition to getting connected to these members, you’ll be helping support the Austin Chapter. What do you gain as an affiliate sponsor of the Chapter? How Can You Get Involved?

In order to gain access to the wealth of benefits and connections that Austin NARPM® can offer, there are three different sponsorship packages you can choose from.

Platinum Affiliate ** $600
Partner Affiliate ** $250

Each package offers a different level of access and benefit to you, detailed below.

Strategic Partner ** $1200

As a Strategic Partner of the Austin Chapter you’ll receive all the benefits the Chapter has to offer!

Company Name, Contact Information, Logo and Website Link listed on the Austin Chapter Website
Invitations to all Chapter Meetings and Social Events (receive 2 comped/reserved tickets for network / social events)
During Chapter Meetings, can place marketing materials out on member tables.
Receive the current year’s mailing list of professional and affiliate sponsors
Listed in all Austin Chapter electronic newsletters / publications including your logo and link to company website.
Listed as a Strategic Partner (with logo and website link) on Austin NARPM® Facebook Page
Receive sponsorship plaque and recognition at end of year Holiday Party
Austin NARPM® will post approved vendor ads/events on their Facebook Page. (such as, event invitations, coupons, specials)
Austin NARPM® will provide a Sponsored EBlast to membership of Vendor event invitations, coupons, specials, etc.
During Chapter Meetings, display your banner at each network / social event by podium. (must provide own signage)
During Social Events, can speak for 2 minutes about their company or product.
During Chapter Meetings, can speak for 60 seconds about their company or product.
Receive a large banner listing for each chapter meeting, including company logo, name and pertinent advertising. Banner is displayed electronically on display screens / waiting screens during the meeting.

Platinum Affiliate ** $600

Company Name,Contact Information, Logo and Website Link listed on the Austin Chapter Website
Invitations to all Chapter Meetings and Social Events (attendance fees apply for RSVP events)
During Chapter Meetings, can place marketing materials out on member tables.
Receive the current year’s mailing list of professional and affiliate sponsors.
During Chapter Meetings, can offer a drawing award at the end of each chapter meeting.
Listed in all Austin Chapter electronic newsletters, including logo and link to company website.
Invitation to participate at least once a year in introducing a chapter meeting speaker that should include a segue mentioning the relativity of the speaker to their company or personal experience. Introduction spots are limited and first come first serve. Contact the Affiliate Chair to register.
During Chapter Meetings, can speak for 60 seconds about their company or product. Does not include social events.
During Chapter Meetings, access to a limited (~10), first come first serve tables (about 2 foot x 4 foot) for the setup & display of marketing materials.
Receive a small banner listing for each chapter meeting, including only company logo and name. Banner is displayed electronically on display screens / waiting screens during the meeting.

Download and fill out the Affiliate Membership Application. Once complete, email it over to austinnarpm@gmail.com. Upon receiving your application, we’ll issue an invoice for local dues through QuickBooks. We look forward to welcoming you aboard!
