In 2020, Second Nature has helped over 100 professional property managers deploy RBPs that bring in an average of $100 per unit per year in profit, while also reducing administrative headaches and preventing maintenance.  They have figured out how to run an interactive, online workshop where you’ll learn how to do this for yourself.  They’re going to be partnering with other industry service providers who fit into RBPs, and we’re starting with our friends at Citizen Home Solutions and now Pinata!
