Join us for our July 16th chapter meeting featuring John Lackey, Staff Attorney at the Texas Justice Court Training Center (TJCTC), as he presents an Advanced Evictions class. John will address some of the tricky eviction issues, including alternative service, squatter’s rights, and occupancy vs. tenancy.
