Please join us for our NARPM – Austin Chapter luncheon on April 18th at our Austin Board of Realtors facility located at 4800 Spicewood Springs Rd. Austin TX 78759.
The meeting will start promptly at 11:30 AM and run till 1:00 PM. Doors will open at 11:00 AM so there will be additional time to mingle with Members and Affiliates.
Members are $20.00 and Guests/Non-Members $25.00. Also, you will see on the Anyvite that you are able to pay for your lunch online prior to the meeting. There is no additional cost to you for that service and we are urging everyone to prepay as this will make the check in process much faster. You will still be able to pay at the door if needed.
Our speaker will be Bart Sturzl, MPM®, RMP®. He will be discussing the current state of the Property Management Industry, including important updates today’s Property Manager needs to know.
Bart is Co-Owner and Broker of Bella Real Estate, Inc. in Austin, Texas. Bart has Degrees in both Management & Marketing, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in both. Bart has been managing properties for over 19 years and has been very active in NARPM® at the local, regional, and national level. On the local level, he has served as Chapter Secretary and Chapter President. At the Regional level, Bart was the South Central Regional Vice President from 2012-2014 and on the National level, served on the Communications, Professional Development, and Membership Committees. Despite all those accomplishments, Bart continued to soar higher and in 2016, he served as NARPM®’s National President.
**Lunch will be beef or vegetable lasagna, homemade Caesar salad, roasted broccoli and tomatoes.**

Cost for all attendees who do not RSVP or who RSVP and do not show is $25.00.
