Property management is not without its challenges. One of the more challenging events is the death of a tenant. For a property manager an event of this nature is not a matter of if, but when. Are you prepared for the unexpected? Michael has experienced several of these unfortunate but “fact of life” events in his 30+ years of property management. We’ll look at different types of situations that can occur, review what your responsibilities are, how to prepare yourself, and what to do when it happens.
